Hi everyone. I'm looking to sublet my room from Jan-May (or Jan-August, or May- August; not renewable). Located right beside Percival Molson Stadium, Jeanne Mance Park, and Mont Royal. Only a 10-minute walk away from McGill campus, Place des Arts Station, and McGill Station. 5 minutes away from the grocery store.
Rent: $950/month
8th floor (w/ elevator)
Communal laundry room
Spacious, bright living room and kitchen (kitchenware and cutlery included)
Furnished
All bedrooms equipped w/ windows that overlook the neighborhood
My two other roommates are also looking to sublet their rooms. We are flexible to accommodate a group of 3 if you are interested in moving together as well.
